Mayville Die & Tool is a world class machining company of large forging dies. Since 1935, we have been serving our customers in many markets, such as Aerospace, Windmills, Railroad, Large excavating equipment makers, Airline, and large yacht racing boats.
We specialize in refurbishing and machining forge dies up to 120,000 pounds. While meeting the needs of our world wide customer base.
Our 60 ton crane, large Machine Centers, and the dedicated employees, provide the highest quality, exemplary service, on time deliveries at a highly competitive price.
Our equipment has the capability of horizontal machining up to 45 feet by 10 feet. In addition, we have several vertical machines and a CNC Boring Mill. We also have several cranes with the maximum capacity of 60 tons.
Our 130" Swing Titan VTL can handle up to 70,000 LBS., and can
machine with 2 heads simultaneously.
